The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia's quarterly Survey of Professional Forecasters shows more optimism among the economics community.
My own forecast is less optimistic in the first half of the year, but more optimistic toward the end of the year. I think quantitative easing will work, albeit with a long time lag.
