Although the stock market has looked anemic to my eye, small caps, emerging market and developed country stocks really did well, all posting double-digit returns for the quarter. Capital Spectator’s chart does not include REIT’s, which posted a 13.97% return in Q1, just a teeny tine bit higher than U.S. small cap stocks.
